Ambassador
The m/s Ambassador has been referred to as one of the best whale-watching boats in Iceland, due to her six observation platforms. She was originally built in Hamburg, Germany in 1971 as a police vessel. 1998 she was refurbished as a pleasure yacht and later sold to Sweden. She was bought by Ambassador in 2012 and rebuilt for whale-watching in Iceland.

Konsúll
The m/s Konsúll is the newest addition to our fleet of whale-watching boats. She was originally built in Norway in 1985 and served there as a ferry. In 2016 we brought her to Akureyri and she now serves loyally as one of the fastest and most agile whale watching boats in the country.

Diplomat I & II
Diplomat and his twin, Diplomat II are high-power RIBs (Rigid-Inflatable Boats) built in Poland in 2016. They were built specially for Ambassador Akureyri Whale Watching and are used for adventure trips for travellers who like close contact with the water and nature. The two 260 hp engines ensure that the ride is fast. It can be rough, but there is nothing like it!
